In this role, VK assists middle-market companies with greater than $3 million in EBITDA, private equity clients and independent sponsors in securing flexible debt and equity capital which match our clients’ objectives. In doing so, we have a proven track record of success in providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
We organize the entire capital raising process from the initial due diligence, preparing financial models and marketing materials, securing the proper capital sources, to negotiating key terms and covenants through closing. We have deep relationships with financing sources and our consistent activity in the capital markets keep us up to date on the latest market trends.
The outsourcing of the capital raising efforts to VK enables our clients to focus on managing their businesses or the merger & acquisition transaction execution with minimal disruption.
